Adam Fineberg, Sr. Vice President, USI
Adam Fineberg, is a Senior Vice President located in the USI Southwest, Inc. (USI) Houston, Texas office. He has served the benefits industry for the past 15 years. Adam serves as a lead consultant for large market employers and provides strategic planning and guidance. He also coordinates the deployment of local and regional analytical and compliance resources. He offers detailed knowledge of carrier underwriting, provider contracting, and product design. Adam has extensive focus on long-term relationships with all major carriers to benefit USI clients. He is an established negotiator and uses his leverage and technical skills to ensure USI clients receive favorable terms and conditions. Throughout his career he has been responsible for driving change management that aligns with reducing the cost of healthcare and improving Total Rewards. Adam is a certified Pharmacy Benefit Specialist (CPBS), which is a University of Kentucky accredited program focused on Pharmacy Contract Negotiation. Adam also holds a BA in Business from University of Houston-Downtown.
Ibis Reynolds, CHRO, Distribution International
Ibis Reynolds joined Distribution International as Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2017. She has earned more than 20 years of human resources strategic and leadership experience in manufacturing, energy and high-tech industries while serving at Hoechst Celanese, Thomas & Betts, and Aggreko.
Prior to joining DI, Ibis was a senior leader with Aggreko based in London. She led the Human Resources function in the Power Solutions division, which comprised emerging markets including 87 countries in Africa, Asia, Middle East, Caspian and Latin America. Ibis also held senior HR leadership roles within the North American and overall Americas regions during her time with Aggreko.
